Exchange & Return Policy

Please follow the given guidelines incase of any returns or exchange:

1. Initiate your return or exchange request within 10 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Following the submission of your request, our dedicated team will arrange a prompt pickup of your item within 7
days.
3. To qualify for returns or exchanges, the goods must be in a resalable condition.
4. Ensure that the items are accompanied by their original packaging, free gifts, and labels.
5. Exchange Pickup and Delivery:

  • For exchanges, customer will be responsible for arranging the drop of the exchange item through a private
    courier of their choice. The cost of this drop will be borne by Customer.
  • Sof Scrubs will cover the shipping cost of delivering your exchanged product to you.

6. Upon the safe receipt of your item at our warehouse, our team will conduct a comprehensive quality assessment.
7. The return and exchange process will be initiated within 7-14 working days.
8. Please be aware that the entire procedure may take up to 18 days from the date of product delivery.
9. Please note that any product with customized embroidery is considered a final sale and is non-returnable.
10. We encourage you to double-check the embroidery details for accuracy before confirming your order.
